UPDATE: noticed that the roundabout builder is taking priority over the FRT. once roundabout mod is selected and in use, the FRT seems to be useless. if you're using a normal road and force underpass option on FRT the UI changes to grey for underground view, but with the roundabout builder it does not. also does not allow forced bridges. it seems to just take priority and not communicate with FRT
TEMP FIX: So i have discovered that if this problem happens you CAN in fact UPGRADE the road while using the "force elevation" option from FRT in order to GET RID OF the terrain glitch. adds one more step but it works.
If you are using a local version of FRT, make sure it is placed in a folder called 'FineRoadTool'.
