I am having an issue where the engrams show up to be learned but won't let me learn them.

Same problem here. Maybe load order? I have it very last out of 30, might move it up next restart to see if that fixes it.

I also am unable to learn the engrams. I tried moving it up to third in load order, but still no dice.

I tried testing the mod in a fresh singleplayer game with no other mods. I was able to learn both engrams, though the mushroom seed had a prerequisite that I forgot to remove. I am uploading a new version as soon as it compiles.

If you are still unable to learn engrams, please specify which ones and provide as many relevant details as possible. On your end, try loading the game in new single player game to reproduce the bug. If you are using mods, unload some of the mods until you figure out which one conflicts with this one.

Thanks for the speedy response. I did a little experimenting, and here are my results.

– fresh singleplayer, no mod except for Seeds, engrams worked
– ongoing server, Seeds second load order (Better Dinos first), engrams did not work (Rare Flower Seed, Mushroom Spores specifically)
– fresh singleplayer, Better Dinos first and Seeds second, engrams worked

So I don’t think Better Dinos is actually interfering, but I’m not sure what else could be the problem on my server. I can’t experiment with the other mods on the server unfortunately, because that would break things.

What is the mod ID for the "Better Dinos" mod you used? I tried mod 703295334 and had no issues with it in single player.

It is likely a problem with your server's configuration or server files if it is only happening on that one server.

This mod does not work on modded maps, doesnt even show up in engrams after installing the mod.

Okay its not even loading your mod when i start up the game. Its not recognizing that i installed the mod onto the server.

hi, sorry to necro bump the topic, but I'm encountering the same very issue. Tried the mod in solo play, worked like a charm, installed it on my dedicated server (roxservers) and I can't learn the engrams, they appear, seem to cost 0 engram points but I just can not learn them. Had to give myself the seeds with the spawn codes and threw away the rare flowers equivalent.

Btw if it can be a relevant clue, I use ArkServerLauncher to install all my mods, and this is the first time I encountered a "Mod Installation Failed" and had to manually install it.

Finally if needed, here is the updated collection of all the mods I'm using on my server, the bottom mod (Stargate Worlds 3.0) being the first in my mod list on the server (don't ask me why the collection has to be in the reverse order to be installed properly via ArkServerLauncher)

same problem cant learn spores or flowers they are just greyed out, im using s+, upgrade station,awesome spyglass on Lost Island and that's it, order changes nothing still same result

Hi. Seeds in the garden deteriorate when you put them in the garden bed and disappear, they are not sown..
