I am guessing either it's an item that has lost its Def (weird, but has happened before) or an item that has lost its Stuff - maybe it was made out of some stuff from a mod?

I removed my mods from my save, saved as a 0 mod save (which is working without error).
Then I tested my mods to see which will cause the error, and this is one of the few.
Later on I tried to reinstall again, but the same thing happened.

There is no such thing as a clean save that has been modded. Unless you are personally opening your save in a text editor and deleting all references from mods then your save is dirty. Again, Rimworld DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR SAVE WHEN YOU UNINSTALL A MOD.

I'm getting this error as well. There are no red errors on start up but after a while of playing normally the screen goes grey and you can only see the names of things. You can see everything again when you pause. Strange graphical error. I'm doing a clean install of everything and see if it still persists

The save file's mod was removed, then when there's no error, everything was cleaned up manually, including any mod items. It still happens, so I tried new game, after a while played, this happened again. But I think last update fixed it, cos now everything is working fine, including the save that used to be not working.
