I couldn't see whats up with baltic countrys, but my advice is to divide Latvia in 3, 4 or 5 states:
1. For now Latvia is made up from 4 states Kurzeme, Zemgale, Vidzeme and Latgale
2. If I know my history well, than you could make Latvia in 3 states, bc when Latvia got indepence after ww1, it build a Freedom monument, which is holding to this day in Riga. It represents 3 regions in Latvia at that time Kurzeme, Vidzeme, Latgale with 3 stars above.
3.And 5 states, those are all 4 before mentioned regions, but there is 5th and it is Selonia or Sēlija in eastern part of Zemgale.

All 1-state/2-state minors have at least 4 states for each state they started with (expect Bhutan, Luxembourg).

Hi, I've noticed you also did states for the czech republic (czechia) and i found some state names that i don't think are a good name/state location or shape...so i was wondering if you are willing to make the states look like in this image: https://www.czechindex.cz/cesko/ (the first thing you see when you open the page which should be the image of the states/regions and their names)
-there are 14 regions/states
-Prague being its own region/state
-hope it isnt too confusing or hard to do

The Vigo province in Spain isn't correct it should be Pontevedra because irl Pontevedra is the capital of the province :)

but you can forgive that special thing for adding more state

I haven't done caribbean yet, and I won't do that for a while. I will keep this in mind though.

Have you considered making most/all strategically important cities their own states? Something like what you've done with Dublin, which is made into its own state, and tanslating that into places like Trondheim, NYC, Dunkirk, Tripoli, etc? If that's in the pipeline and you just haven't gotten around to it, then that's awesome! I love this mod, and I hope it maintains a high level of quality over its life!

I have considered it, and I'll try my best to add important places into single-province states.
However, expect this to be a slow change. I might change 1 state at a time for updates.

Campbelltown should be part of Argyll as IRL it only has like 10,000 people living there.

You should make every province a state.
