What item or hero allows for domination of enemy heroes?
As title says, start of combat, three of my 3 star heroes are instantly dominated to wipe my whole team. Who does this? And I'd say it's a little whack.

Only thing I know of is Helm of Dom, but that is supposed to be summons only?

4 priests allow mind control of enemy's unit, it can be countered with cape tier 1, linken, faceless synergy

4 Priest dominate any unit that is at least same lvl as they are and i dont mean the number of stars but real Level (like in Dota 2), that you can see bottom left on a hero screen.
To counter that you need to roll lvl 2 items for "Gosamer cape" or puting Linken sphere on a piece but that is harder to get.
