My internet/wifi lags every now and again, losing connection for a couple seconds. When anything like this happens, the game bugs and either won't let me reconnect or my hero's just stay frozen.

Making the game unplayable as any bit of lag just means I have to leave the game and lose any rank I gained recently. Sucks.
