A hive synth that focuses on production skills
Also suggestion: After taking enough damage to a limb the disguise could fall off, revealing their robotic limb

The second part I can't do because detection is all handled by extensive dialog flags, but I can build a hive synth, sure!

i humbly require cool epic glowing eyes, we all know evil mastermind robots have distinct glowing eyes. and i sadly cannot start an evil empire if i do not have evil glowy eyes
