I am looking for a clarification on the relic Dimensional Glitch. The way I interpret the text, makes it sound like the worst relic in the game. All non-attack damage you do is halved, all non-attack damage is increased, and also any healing in a fight is also halved. So you do less damage, you heal less, and you take more damage.

Yet I have seen some people talking about it like its a cheat relic that makes the game way easier. What am I missing?
