I'm trying to start a Downfall campaign with some specific Custom modifiers, but I can't find any way to make a Custom game start in Downfall mode. Specifically, the "Evil Run" modifier does nothing obvious; regardless of whether it's enabled or disabled, the game starts with Neow showing, and the map displays an ordinary bottom-to-top map with a vanilla boss at the top.
