it says it deals one instance of damage for each ignited ghostflame.

ive ignited 2 ghostflames with a forked flame+ (first triggered the infernal, and then ignited the first searing and the crushing ghostflame), then played a divider+ and it only hit the enemy with one instance of damage, even though the first two ghostflames were ignited.

also, when youre on a searing ghostflame and play divider as your second attack that activates it, it also executes the attack before igniting the ghostflame.

this is counterintuitive to other attack cards that play off ignited ghostflames, where the ghostflame is ignited before the effects on the card that ignited it are resolved (like in case of fast forward, and haunting echo).
