See the shot above. Should I omniscience for Wish, Transmogrify, or Rain of Dice?

Rain of dice 2x is fascinating here. The first will proc the 18 Goop, so will do at least 60 damage. The second will do at least 4 damage. Which means the minimum damage is 64 which is 24 less than what is needed to kill. (Maximum damage is way more: 209...) At least I think goop applies before vulnerable?

What is the probability of killing? I'll leave it as an exercise to prove it's around 80%.
I brute forced that with a python program to check all 1,849,600 cases.
