Step 1: (not sure if required, but whatever) Grab the snowball from the snowpile in spawn. You can do this immediately after spawning. Around the map there are 4 evil snowmen that you can hit with the snowball to get points. One is right outside spawn, another is behind the cars by jugg, in the lake area, and in the outside fireplace of the main building.
Step 2: Progress through rounds opening up the map and getting perks. The lake can't be accessed until round 16, so do what you can to set up before then.
Step 3: On rounds 5, 10, and 15, there will be a parasite round. After finishing the round, an ornament will spawn in the map. I've found spawns to be in the outside fireplace and by jugg, but there might be more spawns. It's obvious, so it shouldn't be hard to find.
Step 4: After collecting each ornament, add it to the big christmas tree outside of spawn, next to the trap switch. After adding the third ornament, the tree will fly into the sky, revealing a jump pad trap.
Step 5: Activate the trap and stand on it to be flung to the lake.
Step 6: Pick up the skull of nan sapwe in the middle of the lake, and equip it and mesmerize the boxes on the bridge to open it up.
Step 7: Open up Pack a Punch by mesmerizing the brick wall on the right side of the main building. It is colored differently than the rest.
Step 8: Get a snowball and upgrade it. Then, add it to the stick next to speed cola by the lake. Do this 2 more times to build the basis of a snowman.
Step 9: Add the skull of nan sapwe to the snowman to transform it into the boss.
Step 10: Unsure if you have to or not, but pick up the skull from the middle of the lake again.
Step 11: Fight the boss. While I'm sure bullets work, the easiest way is just to vaporize him with the skull. I shot 120 shots from the upgraded ray gun into him and didn't kill. Tried to vaporize, killed him immediately. Killing him will reward you with a perkaholic, giving you the 8 perks already on the map, plus Deadshot, PHD, who's who, and tombstone.
Step 12: Good job. The snowman sign next to jugg is now a buyable ending for 50k.
