mod seemed to interfere with greeks ability to from Byzantium when you go for it by focus tree

Whenever I play as Greece and I scroll to the formable decisions tab it suddenly crashes, tested with no other mods active and I'm on the latest version with NSB dlc

I just wanted to say that I have the same issue with Byzantium - but it seems to crash only when I hover over it. Maybe it would be better to cut this option out (at least for now), since there is canon way of forming Byzantium in-game?

Whenever I try to form a nation, the territories outside of the original country remain as "occupied" instead of being set as core states. For example, if I start as Estonia and form the Baltic States then I only have Estonia as my core territory while the rest is occupied. I'm not sure if this is a bug or an issue with the game, but it makes formable nations with a small starting country, as well as formables like The World unviable in-game.
