I'm assuming this is the redevelopment / fix for the old New Indutries mods and resolves the issues that lost goods / reduced output, but is this a standalone mod, or does it need a previous version of New Indutries?

Though I'm seeing the lost items on delivery thread and wondering whether, what I seem to remember was the original problem, is still there?
