The galaxy map is a little weird, and the map is pretty laggy.

whats "weird" ? its complex yes but with time youll figure it out. and the map is pretty optimized. runs at 200fps for me (2012 hardware) but yes its more demanding than your common map. where exactly is it laggy? is it laggy consistantly? in singleplayer or multiplayer? How many additional addons are your running?.

LFS ships do not properly teleport. Not sure if it's because of the map or LFS...

yeah noticed that too :/ sadly its LFS. Ive reported it but Luna said it cant/ wont be fixed

It seems to constantly crash on single player with a tilebrush error, idk if its client side but it only seems to happen for people connecting, not the host.

check the last screenshot. also the longer it takes to connect the more likely it is to crash

It's not clientside. It's been an issue for a while.

Bad server, laggy add-on or simply too many add-ons.

had to place a camera over the galaxy map, press use on the button to get into galaxy map gui, view my camera then press ctrl to get galaxy map to work, dunno if thats intended

Serious galaxy map issues on my end for some reason. The map only responds to two of the WASD keys (random every time), the button on the left of the primary console does not do anything even when a planet is selected, and when I get out of the map mode I end up ontop of the console for some reason. Any help? The rest of the map is fine so far.
