how to install?

its been 12 days and there is still no responce. im bumping to see if anyone can give a clear way to install.

For solo checkpoint (edited hardcore theater):

1. Subscribe to this mod.
2. Download https://www.dropbox.com/s/ml48tptl0fehmwi/gibs_checkpoint.zip?dl=0
3. Extract zip in to "...STEAM\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency"
4. Open insurgency game
5. Open console ( ¬ button which is under esc button) and type "exec gibs_solo".
6. Load checkpoint map by typing in console "map ministy_coop"

Where can I find the mod vpk in the directory? I think you just need an insurgency/custom folder
