Hey, I got the following bug:
I have the Eternal Leader civic and I keep getting spammed with this message:

There is no dialogue option and nothing different happens before or after I click it. My ruler is still alive, I can use all his eternal edicts, but I do get the "populace mourns the eternal" debuff. This started happening after the last update, I suppose.

@Void, thanks for letting me know. I put some placeholder events in the Eternal Leader so I could release the hotcode update without testing, so apologies. I'm reworking both the Eternal Leader & Digitally Eternal events so I'll try to resolve it soon.

Hey, it looks like the energy grid is bugged. I can research it but i can't build it on any planet. Capacity overload is still working.

Unfortunately it still does not work. I tried patch 2.2.4, 2.2.5 and vanilla savegames.

@Perrack, I found that I had made it so only gestalt consciousness empires could build energy grids. I made an update, please let me know if this update fixes it.
