have you contacted the server owner? see if they can buy a car, if it shows that is the area that you need to have your car, if its in the right spot the car you're selling doesn't display green when trying to sell you just need to click sell.. 1 be the last person to drive the car, 2 have it in the right spot, the only way the position has changed is if the admin/owner changed the coordinates.

I've encountered a problem where the vehicle doesn't show up as being sellable, but if you find the vehicle and click sell, it sells.
