Did you test that out? Pretty sure you cant even take damage in safezones. e.g. you cant regenerate broken limbs/blood/healh while in safezones but you cant lose them either. So drawing blood from yourself doesnt deplete your health either. Pretty sure grenades behave like this too, didnt test it yet tho.

Yep it is still happening to this day. I found out from jumping from a huge tower and it killed my character and I also tested with another admin that you could take damage by being shot if they were in the safezone and I was not. No idea what is causing it. It is even happening on my buddies brand new server. Also tested out by unpinning a grenade outside of safezone, running in, holding "G" to drop it, and it killed both of us.

id guess the mod doesnt prevent damage but similar topvez it just instantly heals it back, thus damage that kills you in one shot cant be healed back since you die. i thinks its a limitation by the game engine and not by the mod itself, seing how other mods and modders didnt solve similar problems.

Very true but I do remember being able to literally jump from a heli into safezone and survive the fall. Must have been something that happened during the past few updates of DayZ that has caused it.
