Sadly, it looks TOO good.
Due to how valve operates, this will never be added because valve is milking two cities so much. REALLY wish it would be added, but it just wont.

i really want this to be a paint in tf2. pretty with just the right combonation of elegance and detail.

Now that is a good idea. Make mvm campaign where you only get war paints such as the bot killers. Except these warpaints are rare and have an unique style to them!
