Which is why it most likely will never be added. No offense to the designers, but I doubt Valve/TF Team would want to undermine the point of Aussies, and possibly have some idiots fall for thinking it's an actual australium.

It wouldnt even be "some idiots" falling for it either. In the heat of battle, almost all of these will look just like actual austrailums. Valve makes way too much money off of people grinding Two Cities for austrailums. If a war paint was added that bascially let you pick your austrailum weapon without going through the motions of mvm, they would make nearly every grinder very angry and lose a lot of money in the process. If it was silver instead of gold, it might have a slim chance.

Think about it: Every Two Cities tour is 4 tickets. You have somewhere between a 1-5% chance to get an austrailum every tour. You almost definately won't be reliably getting one every 20 tours. That's a RANDOM one too, you don't get to pick what you get. On the other hand, you have people unboxing. Even if it had the same unbox rate as an unusual, it would be far cheaper (and easier) just to unbox and pick the one you want.

I would love that. Green is my favorite color, so if this were emerald or Jade instead, I would buy a factory new one in a heartbeat! (Unless it's elite since they're pricey for awhile)

I'd petition for the "gold" portion to be green. Emerald's my birthstone, so it fits my aesthetics well.
