No sound on the floors
the songs on the floors do not sound, why this happens?

I'm getting this issue too, no matter which floor I stop too, there's no sound. The only sounds I hear is the elevator music, the footsteps, voices from others that come by the elevator and the door opening and closing.

Having the same issue, i wonder if it will get fixed soon, or if we should do something about it.

i think the new Garry's mod update has something to do with it

OH... same? yea... the creator REALY needs to update this so that the sounds are compatable with the newer vershons or Garry's mod... :P

and also... ive been playing half-life 2..... and... well..... HALF-LIFE 4 COMFERMED (cence half-life 3 has been comfermed so many times) XD and also... have life 3 is realy comfermed... cause they have been working on half-life 2 ep3 called: Return to Raven home.... and then they said that they were not going to do half-life 2 eps any more... and now half-life 3 has been in the making for 2 years!!! so... it better come out befor 2017!!! :)

why half-life 4 is comfermed is cause 1 there are 2 half-life games so far... and there are 2 PORTAL games so far... and 2+2 is 4 and 4= HALF-LIFE 4 COMFERMED!!!!!!! >:D
(im sorry... we have been waiting so long... so it just bersted out) XD

I've got the same problem on my server. Floors load, players see (most) NPC names in sync, but missing floor sounds

I think the problem is that the sounds are not downloaded by GMod, since I can't seem to find them in the game files, despite them being listed in the .gma file.

I might have found a fix to the problem. Open the game and go to options, go to the audio tab, pull down the speaker configure tab and choose headphones and then apply. That fixed it for me.
