hl2 ep2 installed but purple
i have half life 2 episode 2 installed but im still seeing missing textures any thing else im missing (i have cs:s)

edit: i kinda stopped caring after a while but thanks to everyone who replied to me trying to help apriciate it

Hey man, i've installed like TF2 and everything I had related to HL2 and 1. Then it's all gone and don't get any props errors or purple textures or anything, finally smooth elevator experience

you need to make sure you have it mounted, you can mount it by pressing the little controller button on the main menu

You need to mount the game. Press the controller on menu and choose ''Half Life 2: Episode 2''.

remove those spaces and you have a link so you can get Half life 2 episode 2 textures intalled,
you will have to put it in your addons folder for it to work
and make sure when you can extract the files using winrar or 7zip to put in the addons folder
the way it extracts is weird, you need to open the half life ep2 texture file and it will have 1 file with the same name
That is the folder you want to finally put in your addon folder

I mount it and the purple is gone but the erorrs is still there.....i dont know what to do.

You could try mounting HL2 and HL2:EP1 and see how that plays out?

i just barley mounted HL2 and hl2 ep2 and made sure to click on the little controller and it said it was mounted but all i see is purple and black still

Did you put the files on garrys mod?

You have to disconnect and restart it
