How the hat should be obtained
How i think it should be obtained:

-Mann Co Supply store (4.95 USD)
-Uncrate from a future supply crate, (4 or so % chance of uncrating, don't want it to high or to low)
-Giftable
-Tradable
-Droppable
-Maybe craftable

How about random "electronics part drops" and once you have all the parts, it lets you craft the hat.

they should add if you finish a mvm ticket you get 3 mabey 3 robot parts and if you have 5 you can craft a robo hat but its dirty

Crate, store and drops. If it was an achievement item the creator wouldn't get paid for making it because no one would buy it if they could just falsify achievements.

just because something is worthless doesn't mean it can't be cool. heck, even if this hat was an achievement hat, I'd still wear it because it looks cool.
