So I believe I know what is up. I assume you raised it from an egg. I forgot to replace the egg's so it would be a regular Ptera that you have. upon a server restart it will convert it. I am working on fixing the issue now

I am cooking the mod now and should be uploading it soon. it will replace all the vanilla fertilized eggs with modded ones.
