highest settings the game will allow, achieving constant solid 80 FPS. however to test I did turn graphics down as much as the game will let me but still got the same result

For now, I don't know what this is, 'cause, again, not everybody has the same issue. It doesn't appear on everyone's machines what so ever, so that gives me some thoughts about these type of problems beeing local.

Yes. this is a major bug. we must fix this.

reflection errors can be fixed with a command
mat_specular 0 i think

I was doing a scene for a short film and I removed the lamp on the table to make room for more props. The window turned into a translucent light blue and it sortof ruined the scene.

It only does that when I remove the lamp prop, however it also happened at one point when I looked at the window at a very weird angle.
