About the guide you posted, I think the filename is not important as long as it ends with "l_{language-name}".
But I think it may be important to update the first line of the file with "l_{language_name}"

Is the German Translation already in use? And if not, do you need some help for fine tuning it?

The German .yml is not perfect. it shows teh numbers but some other discription are cone!
The planets Name, Resources on the top, infoscreen for the planet are not correct.

thoto, definately correct on the second part, not positive with the first, I kind of wrote that in a rush at work so ill try clean it up today. After that ill add the french and german files tonight.
