put "gmod_mcore_test 1; mat_queue_mode -1; cl_threaded_bone_setup 1" in your game console

I have it binded, you can use my bind to press it every time you load the map or join a server "1 END" in the num pad

bind KP_END "gmod_mcore_test 1; mat_queue_mode -1; cl_threaded_bone_setup 1"
