Since the Owls, Managrmrs, and Gasbags aren't usually on the Center, you'll have to enable the engrams for those saddles.

I'll add it to our list of things to look at as well, we might be able to activate it in the mod, not sure atm.

There is now a consumable that will unlock all of the saddles that we've made elemental creatures for - all except snow owl, because I forgot. It will be added in the next patch.
