Yes, DC:R's finale would actually be fine if the mini-Scavenge bloat before it were removed, more bombs were provided, and there were Pills/Adrenaline provided to get through the endless running around to hit buttons/activate things. The issue is if your team isn't great, the lack of temporary recovery items and bombs can result in you being injured and slowed down easily at any point, and then it takes too long to navigate around the whole stadium to activate everything whilst limping.
Then there's two Tanks and a run to the escape vehicle in a totally different area, on top of all this silliness, as just a nice little bonus dingleberry on the ♥♥♥♥ cake.
No other Finale that I've seen to date is *quite* as badly designed as The Bloody Moors', although DC:R's comes close.
