Launching a rocket
I was trying to launch it and it was a bit hard to do it. Is there any way to do it?

There are no ways built into the map that allow you to do this. However, if you're in singleplayer mode or on a multiplayer server that allows it, you can open the hatch by pointing at it, opening the console (Shift+Esc) and then entering the following command:
ent_fire !picker setdefaultanimation idle

How to launch rocket! Find rocket underground base > Go to control room > Find the button to open the hatch > close all the blast doors > Use the "Remover" tool to get rid of the panel covering the inside of the rocket > Place a explosive barrel inside it > Enter control room > Cry cause it'll never happen! ;n;

The only way that you can technically launch a rocket in this map is to make the rocket yourself or use an existing mod.

With how big the map is, I don't think it's really possible for him to script a launch sequence into the map. (Along with that, compiling a map this big is a lot of trouble.)

can we at least be able to turn on the thrusters? not send the rocket into the air, just turn the thrusters on to decimate anything in the tunnel below

add the thrusters yourself with the tool gun
