Save issue
Loading a save game on this map (which was saved 2x times) causes the game to lag to 1 fps always. I don't know what's causing the issue but i did clean up everything and it was solved temporarily until you save the game again on this map 2x times. I also tested it without spawning other entities and stuff.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue. If you temporarily disable all other addons and then restart the game, does that fix it? In that case, re-enable your addons and then use this tool to find out which addon is causing the slowdown.

If that doesn't help, switching to the 64-bit branch of GMod could be worth a try.
