Multi-Core Rendering and r_drawdetailprops 0 not reducing lag.
I have permanently enabled Multi-Core Rendering and used "r_drawdetailprops 0" but it still wont reduce or even stop the lag.

Same. But I did temporary. But yeah I did both and it didn't work. :(

This doesnt work either.
it's kind of bound to run fairly badly since source isn't really optimized for such large open maps with an absolute ton of trees for detail, fork doesn't run that well either. I can run it at a solid 60 without anything really happening most of the time.
speaking of trees do they even have LoD models? because I don't notice any minor LoD pop-in/out either...

put those commands in order from up to down in console to reduce lag, glad i could help

unsubbing some addons should help, id recommend aiming for 100 or so
unsubbing 100 or having 100
