I have no plans to publish to Nexus. However, I believe you can still get access to the physical mod files through Steam Workshop if you've subscribed to the mod. For me, I can locate workshop files through **(directory location for Steam)**/steam/steamapps/workshop/content, and for me all of my subscribed Kenshi mods are in a folder named number "233860" (I have no idea if its different for everyone; you may need to explore through each one), and one of the numbered folders in there should be this mod's files. All mod files inside are named "_skeletonlimbstorage.img", "_skeletonlimbstorage.info", and "skeletonlimbstorage.mod".

I apologize for the late reply; for some reason I wasn't notified of your question and just now found it.

The reason people generally request nexus mod uploads is due to them not owning the game on Steam. Sadly, Kenshi's workshop doesn't allow third party workshop downloaders to download mods, so people who don't own the game on steam are unable to play with the majority of mods that are available. I used to have this problem myself and ended up remaking half of the mods I wanted on the workshop because they weren't available for download elsewhere

That's a good point that I hadn't considered. I'll look into Nexus then.
