I believe the mod itself just generally shrinks the R&D time. It doesn't add that x5 booster you'd usually see.

(Meaning)
That it just makes something that would take 500 days, take only 50.
It doesn't add/need to add a visual modifier. Just compare vanilla R&D vs with the mod if you don't think it's taking effect.

Dunkersplay is right. This mod does not make you overpowered, it simply makes the game faster. I made this for multiplayer games, as they can last too long and get quite laggy, This is not for cheating, it just makes the game faster while *trying* to keep it somehow balanced.
