completely change the concept of what it does.
i think instead of just giving mini crits, it can give all rechargable items. like the caberer, sand man base ball, all sodas,things like that.

Well, you can always Rancho Relaxo and have a sip of refreshing soda, while on the battle field...

it may be abusive with the wrapped assassin all a scunt has to do is shoot one go run for it and shoot another

There are not a lot of rechargable weapons that are so wide spread that it will be worth it sacrifing the hability to healing teamates

why not just making it give 1 soda (all class, not just scout) and it would act like a 1 time use small health pack. I think it would make sense considering your desing and considering the fact that it would replace the dispenser (you know... mains fonctions healing and ammo).

Could be funny on a server where everyone is friendly and are hosting a barbecue!
