The NPCs are not fighting eachother
Imgur decided to screw me over and create an error everytime i try to upload the image but i placed a swat and a russian faced together and they didnt fight Edit: they only fight when they touch

yeah i put a swat and russian and they usually fight and they didnt and the room was lit up and even tried with flashlights
