What will look well with this misc
Valve basacally confermed this to be added into the game, and who wouldn't wanna use this on their medic. The only question left is what hat and 2nd misc will look good with it?

Powdered Practitioner is the number one for sure.

The secondary could be Archimedes.

I'd say the Maddendoktor or the Gutenkutteharen, the newest medic "hatless" hats would fit well with this.

well my dream loadout has wison weave for the hat. Archimedes for misc 1. and Foppish Physician for misc 2. and then meet the medic. maybe change the Foppish Physician for this

Quadwrangler works with every medic shirt its the collar equip region so its garenteed
