How exactly DOES the npc / entity work?
it's completely unaffected by any outside source, even an admin cleanup. It'd be neat if it could be explained how the scp works ingame, and how it's generally unaffected by any outer source.

It's a clientside entity. To the server the entity doesn't exist, hence why tools/weapons don't work.
