NO STATS. END OF STORY!
Befor any one trys to poke at the idea that cosmedics and hats somehow give op stats I say they are deceretive not items for combat. say I if your agree.

+100% chance to terrify the enemy.
+75% chance to have kritz after being shot.
+5000 HP.
+The tenth class.
+Saxton hale unlock.
+No fall damage.
+Ability to inflate/deflate mascot head.
+500% uber to all Medics on the team.
-90% vulnrebility to fire/bullets/projectile.
