Hitbox
The head is signifigantly bigger, will it affect the hitbox. Some snipers might compain that the head size is misleading.

Not to mention sniping in general is a non-option. Try walking out into the open with a large head and try not to get headshot by other snipers. There's almost no cover option.

I think it'd be pretty easy to predict where the head is on a player if you're a sniper. Most likely won't affect the hitbox.

Well yeah but try being sneaky with a huge bobble head that sticks out like a sore thumb.

New players will have a issue. And this poses a problem during haloween mode, with big heads, and ect.

I love the item. Best I've seen in a long time. Having played on servers with big head plugins, I'd say that noob or not, the head is not a problem when sniping.
