deposits are now deleted for some reason, only started today (18th)

Post your game file somewhere and put the link here and I'll check out your save. This mod doesnt have any delete functions for deposits.
Also which type of deposit?

Came here to see if there are any issues with the mod as my deposits all suddenly dried up. I assumed the mod will only refill once to maintain balance?? Mod shows as active and iv'e changed the parameters to check the deposits more frequently but it still behaves like its not running.

Timing is everything.
If your deposits are drying up and you have say a 5times a day check then you are pulling the deposit faster than the next time check.
Up the percentage from wait till 10% to wait till 30% to give yourself a greater buffer.

Still not working for me either. I did the unsub/sub thing and ran a fresh game, but the mod is not even appearing in the mod options menu (although it is appearing on the mod manager screen as enabled). I don't have B&B.

Its working fine, I use it without issue. You need to turn up the frequency and minimum percent to save, you are drawing too much resource before the check happens.
This mod does not have mod options, it has mod config reborn options. See one of the screenshots. You will need that mod to expose them. Link in the description

Completely missing something then. I have mod config reborn installed and enabled, and it is not appearing in (or working with) the mod options either. Your career AI one and the signal booster fix, etc., are all there....what am I missing?

Sounds like it is not enabled. First, make sure you have the latest version installed of this mod v1.5.1
Then make sure its enabled in The Mod Manager.
If both are true you may want to reinitialize Mod Config Reborn. At the bottom of the Mod Config Reborn screen is a reset button. It wipes all the saved settings clean and starts fresh.
If you click that, you will need to reset all the options for all the mods straight down the list to what you want.

If that doesnt work, then another mod is stepping on my mod.
Unsub and resub, then disable and re-enable in mod manager. That puts the mod in the last to load order. May help.

So I'm having the same problem as those above. No DLC. The mod shows up in the config menu. When my deposits started running out, I assumed it was what you stated and turned up the buffer. I did a test where I turned up the buffer to 70% and set it to check 5 times a sol. Then I watched a rare metals deposit that was at about 40% for a couple of sols. It never got refilled. I tried disabling and re-enabling the mod and resetting my settings with no effect.

I'll check it out. I've been using it daily without issue. I'll run through the code one more time for good measure.

I updated the code to not use a function that some folks seem not to have if a dlc is missing.
Instead I directly update the deposits.
