That will be an issue with your file permissions (possibly). Are you using Expansion? If so, you might need to check that you're using the correct mission file folder and have checked the expansion settings folder in your profile.

Ok, Still wasnt able to modify Spawning Settings. Which file permissions do I need to look at for this?

Anyone able to shed some light on this for me? I am still unable to get this working. My current load order for the mods are as follows
