Same here, both online and offline tools are toggled off.

Same issue here.. END key does nothing.. when I try to use FreeCamera, it says Controls are toggled off.. but all the key-bindings are there in the options.

So is this issue EVER going to be addressed or are those of us that have servers just supposed to stand by holding our ♥♥♥♥♥? I'm not saying I don't appreciate the owners of the mod or any mod but being this particular mod is tied to a ♥♥♥♥ TON of other mods that won't work unless this one does I'd say get on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ball already and fix this or tell us how to fix it.

Sent a Request. I think I may Have Figured It Out. Reinstalling It Now & Trying Something Different

Use the end key to toggle on and off. Then use the Y key to pull the menu up. If that is not working you may have not set the player admin roles up correctly. It took me a day to figure out. Message me if you need help aswell. I spent 2 days trying to upload correctly . But I have it working the only problem I have now is that the walls I put in do not stay.

Hello, I think I have the same problem as you, I do not know how to activate the keys to open the menu, it is possible that I have not configured the administrator permissions correctly, I would greatly appreciate your help, thanks

They really need to make the new expansion offline mod just like they made the old one! The old offline mod at least that worked and it was solid! never any issues! This new one it NEVER WORKS! I cant get it to work no matter what i do! I just stick with the old one yeah i cant spawn any aircraft but at least it works and i can spawn vehicles! i wasted 3 months trying everything listening to others i'm adding this code that code with the same outcome NOTHING! I'm done! to me it's broken save for a small lucky few.

Is it GUID or SteamID? Is it Steam ID or Steam 64 ID? so confusing
