I've been looking, but I can't find any mod that scales zoned industry and commerce's stockpile size and/or consumption/production and/or freight capacity, with the effect of reducing truck traffic.

I find it extremely silly that towns in the 30-40k population range, which would be in the "has a single traffic light in the center of town" tier in the real world, need to be designed around their freight traffic in this game.
