Why that? Because for now, the vehicle decreased, but when them export goods not use train or ship station, and them go out the map edge, and drive back so long. All industries zone will no truck to send them.

So, I think for balance track and vehicles, maybe make a option for player to adjust vehicle numbers, even if can set truck to send building which I want to, that's more good idea.

And I don't know, but can you fix the warehouse bug, when use build two warehouses near each other and set them to the same resource, then those two warehouses will send each other for a loops forever, and also no truck to send to all industries zone. And warehouse can "Auto Import" and ignore your production, so can you make a option too and manual set can import or not.

(By the way, "Rebalanced Industries" Mod not work in all ice map.)
