I have set the Spacefarer policy's min. durability to 51 so that they take off tattered apparel by themselves but the pawns will drop their armor even when it will kill them.
A option to prevent that behaviour would be nice. Or even better, stop any pawn from removing their clothes before they're near the new set of clothing.
