Two known errors:

"Cannot find thingClass"

"Disappears when built"

These two are known mod conflicts caused by an unknown mod, I assume they are building mods and such. I suggest to load Red Horse Furniture above most of your mods, perhaps just under hugslib and jecstools and the errors should disappear.

It's likely that some other mod is messing with the wall of shame's coding, which is vanilla rooted anyway. Wall of Shame relies on the base building stuff that Vanilla has for the Television, and it's no error caused on its own.
