But the problem is, that we cannot adjust the height of the waterfall. The water runs through the ceiling into the floors below. If you know the tek forcefields, they have a radial menu where the player can set the radius to maximum, minimum, or increment it by 9.5 fields.
The same could work for your waterfall: allow your fan community to set the height of the waterfall. This way, it ends where it is supposed to end.

Also, when placed on a raft, the waterfall should follow the gentle up-down movements of the raft. At the moment it does not, and therefore it appears like being on constant gentle move itself. I believe, this item needs to check on the current structure position to which it is mounted on a permanent (repeating) base, not just during placement.

And the game figure should of course be able to pass through the waterfall if so desired. :-)
At the moment, the waterfalls is like a solid wall.
