move switch track without train stop
How do I make a switch track move without making the train stop in a block section? Can I make the switch move using triggers along the track?

Yes. You can absolutely do that. Use a small block brake with 0gs of deceleration and a transport section to move the train. put the object there to switch the track to where you need it for launch. After adding a trigger point on the track at an appropiate position, reselect the object and select the trigger to return to starting position
